With membership, you will benefit from all the advantages that membership brings within the sector, as well as the right to participate as a member of the committees formed, to be elected and elected in the general assemblies.<\/p>\n
Membership Conditions;<\/p>\n
Commertial Members – Requirements for Companies:
\n1. Membership Form (must be filled in completely)
\n2. Establishment Registry Newspaper and the last Trade Registry Newspaper stating the last address, if the first establishment address is different.
\n3. Tax Plate (for the last period)

\n5. One of the following documents;
\na. Group A Travel Agency (T\u00dcRSAB Certified).
\nb. or T.C. Marine Tourism Vehicles Tourism Operation Certificate issued by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism
\nc. or T.C. Marine Tourism Business Certificate issued by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism
\nd. or Ship-Yacht Agency (Transportation, Maritime
\ne. or T.C. Yacht Investor Certificate issued by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism
\n(Even if they have T\u00dcRSAB and Ship Agency certificates, those who do not do charter business cannot provide yacht agency services to charter boats.
\nCompanies that have not provided service are deemed not to have fulfilled the membership criteria of our association). In order for non-Turkish citizens to become members, in addition to the conditions required for Turkish citizens, they must also meet the following conditions:
\nThe candidate must have documents showing that he\/she has the right to reside and work in T\u00fcrkiye.
\nis required.
\n7. Membership entry fee of 60,000 TL (Sixty thousand TL) and annual membership fee of 10,200 TL (Ten thousand two hundred TL) will be paid upon membership.
\nIt will be made after acceptance.
\n8. 2 passport photos (for the form and membership book)
\n9. Photocopy of ID
\n10. Certificate of Residence obtained from the population directorate or e-government
\n11. Signature circular or authorization document showing the person who will represent the company in the association, or the decision of the board of directors appointing the person to represent. If the person is also authorized to represent and bind the company andIf there is a Notarized signature circular on this matter, there is no need to take a decision. A photocopy of the signature circular stating that it represents the company is sufficient.

A reference letter from 2 members who are already active members of our association by the applicant; investment and\/or operating individual companies that submit to the Board of Directors in accordance with the provisions of the KVK law and the provisions of the TCC, certifying that they have concluded at least 8 (eight) yacht charter agreements in the last 24 months before the date of membership application with two members who provide two references if requested by the Board of Directors, or with other members of the TYBA association and\/or members of similar internationally recognized associations abroad, in accordance with the provisions of the law on KVK and not in the nature of a trade secret, may become members.
\n14. A detailed letter addressed to the TYBA Board of Directors explaining why you want to become a member of the TYBA association and what you think your membership will contribute to your company and our association.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
